INGREDIENTS: Lithospermum, Aloe vera, Pleione rhizome, Nutgalls, Gypsum. The decoction and extract of Lithospermum inhibit and kill multiple bacteria and viruses. When the herpes virus (HSV-I) was cultivated with Lithospermum for 1 hour, the TCID50 value of the virus was lower than the controlled group by 1 to 2 logarithmic units. Lithospermum also demonstrated a very potent anti-inflammatory and healing effect. The average healing time with Lithospermum was 4.12 (±0.55) days for artificial ulcers, while that of the controlled group was 6.12 (±0.61) days. The other herbs in this formula have similar pharmacological effects. Clinical experience indicates that if this cream is applied to skin lesions from herpes, in most cases, new blisters will not develop and the existing blisters will heal. RECOMMENDATIONS: Herpetic lesion, cold sore, fever blister, insect bite, burn, skin erosion, skin infection, dermatitis. SUGGESTED USE: Apply the cream topically 3-4 times daily, or as needed. To prevent blisters in cases of herpes, it is critical to apply this cream as soon as the affected area starts feeling itchy, tingly, or burning.
